All agencies are accredited by Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP).

Texas agencies are licensed and certified by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) to provide home care and hospice services to Medicare and Medicaid recipients.

Louisiana agencies are licensed and certified by the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals to provide home care and hospice services to eligible Medicare and Medicaid recipients.
