Hospice and Palliative Care

CHRISTUS HomeCare offers compassionate care for patients and their families living with a life-limiting illness. Hospice caregivers promote comfort care by managing pain and other end-of-life symptoms. In providing the family and patient with support and faith-based care, special attention is also given to emotional and spiritual needs.

The hospice interdisciplinary team is made up of physicians, nurses, home health aides, social workers, volunteers, chaplains, bereavement coordinators, complementary therapists and office support to provide quality care.
